Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING:

ONLY for items labeled 'pre-order' in product description : This means your items are ordered especially for you! 

We strive to ship your order as soon as possible!

NOTE: Due to varying inventory in different warehouse/distribution centers/maker studios, please allow 14 - 21 days (depending on fulfillment and transportation time) for processing/delivery. Tracking will be provided and updated for all orders as they process. Once goods are received, items ship from our US headquarters within 1-3 business days. 

Reminder: we want you to receive your goods as soon as possible! Packages may come separately depending on inventory and fulfillment. All tracking will be provided. We strive to support small businesses, and we appreciate your patience and understanding! 

If you need an item sooner, please send us an email (shopmarigoldbaby@gmail.com) OR make note in the 'order special instructions' below. We will do our best to accommodate your request. If for any reason your purchase cannot be fulfilled and/or is overly delayed, we will happily refund the original form of payment.

For items that are currently in-stock at our main location: orders will ship out within 1-3 business days. (these items will not be labeled pre-order)

RETURNS:

We want you to love your items!

Most merchandise may be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Product must be unused, unwashed, free of damage, and in original packaging. Returns must be pre-authorized by contacting us at shopmarigoldbaby@gmail.com 

Items that are not able to be returned or exchanged:

- Used or damaged item (unless visibly damaged upon arrival)
- Customized items
- Items returned beyond the 14 day period

Items must be pre-authorized, and return address will be given. We encourage you to track your package, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items shipped back to us. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, unless the product is visibly damaged. 

Once product is returned to our facility and is found to be in new condition, we will then exchange the product or issue a refund minus the shipping charges. Reminder: Your bank may take additional time to process the transaction.
